Admissions Overview

Admission to New Horizon’s Montessori Academy is dependent on a child’s ability to communicate, cooperate, and most importantly, their willingness to accept the mastering of new experiences.

Our Process

Here are the steps involved in our admission process:
1. Parent and child are invited for a tour provided by the NHMA Principal
2. Complete Application Form and pay admissions fee
3. A free half day visit is scheduled a week prior to enrollment date
4. The child is admitted on a six-week trial basis
5. After six weeks, a parent conference is held to determine if NHMA is able to accommodate the needs of the child or if we are unable to continue the child’s enrollment.


The enrollment process is outlined below:
1. Complete the Enrollment Agreement Form
2. Complete the Emergency Contact/Parental Consent Form
3. Email your child’s Complete Child Health Report with Immunization Records to nhma123@outlook.com

4. Pay the $70 Application fee *electronically or via check addressed to New Horizons Montessori Academy *This will be emailed to you from brightwheel upon completion of the Enrollment Agreement and Emergency Contact forms.
